See the mayor of Pamplona for the official opening ceremony on the Balcony of the City Hall, the firing of the famous rocket, the panuelos raised & tied at 12 noon and all the wonderful things that happen at the opening ceremonies. This exclusive terrace balcony accommodates up to 30 people facing the Ayuntamiento with a clear view of the plaza where all the mayhem takes place.
